Sharing from shopping apps
Open a product page, tap the system Share button, and choose Sleep On It. If an app does not share a clean product link, use Paste Link, Quick Pause, or Screenshot inside the app.

Here are the fastest ways to solve common setup, reminder, sharing, and Pro purchase questions.
Cooldown reminders
Sleep On It uses local notifications. If reminders are not appearing, open iOS Settings and confirm notifications are enabled for Sleep On It.
Shopping automation
The Shortcuts guide helps you create a personal automation that opens a Sleep On It check-in when selected shopping apps launch. iOS does not allow Sleep On It to create that automation for you or intercept Buy buttons.
Pro purchase
Sleep On It Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks unlimited active pauses. If Pro does not appear after purchase, use Restore Purchases in the Pro screen.
Erase local data
Open Settings in Sleep On It and choose Erase local pause data. This removes paused items, notes, prices, decisions, thumbnails, and matching pending reminders from this device.
